About the show
A daily podcast for kids who love baseball.
Baseball IQ, scores, standings, stats, and trivia for kids. Short episodes for the ride to school or baseball practice. Listen with your family, teammates, and coaches, to be the smartest kid at practice!
How it's made
Box Score Brains is written and produced with AI, directed and curated by humans. That means every episode starts from real game data and is drafted with AI -- and then a person reviews it before it airs.
Every fact is checked against MLB records before it airs. Scores, standings, streaks, milestones, rules calls -- if it's a claim about a real game, it's been checked against an official or verifiable source (MLB's own Stats API, official box scores, and named reporting) before it goes in an episode. This is a trust feature, not fine print: we'd rather cut a fun fact than run one we can't back up.
Who it's for
Kids who want to actually understand the game -- not just watch it -- and the family, teammates, and coaches who listen with them. Short, dense episodes that respect a kid's attention span and a grown-up's need for accuracy.
